• Accepts Transfers:
  Yes, transfer students may earn advanced standing credit by transferring credits earned for course work completed at other colleges/universities.
• Transfer Agreements:
  You can also check for Transfer Assured courses by using the Ohio Board of Regents’ Transfer Assurance Guide (TAG) Reporting System. This website will help you cross-reference approved courses with other schools and Wright State.

Application Deadlines for Transfer

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  Minimum GPA for transfer students to apply is 2.0. However, some majors may require higher a GPA.
• Official Transcripts:
  High school transcripts are required if you are transferring with less than 30 credits. College transcripts from all previously attended colleges are required for all applicants.
• SAT Scores:
  SAT scores are not required for admissions consideration.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  Letters of recommendation are not required for admissions consideration.
• Essay:
  Personal statement is not required for admissions consideration.
• Application Fee:
  No application fee is required.
• Interview:
  An interview is not required for admissions consideration.
• Other Requirements:
  Transfer students, who graduated high school in 2002 or later, with less than 30 credits must submit a College Preparatory Curriculum Completion Form.

  In general, credit may be awarded for courses completed at regionally accredited institutions, in which a grade of C or better was earned.
